At CityPost, we want you to love your home. If your new decor or furniture doesn't quite fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your CityPost account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our logistics partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
